New opportunities for oversized cargo delivery from China by direct trucks

Oversized cargo transportation requires a special approach and attention to every detail. Taking into account the specifics of the project, JENTY specialists developed a cargo placement and securing plan, prepared and organized loading at the supplier’s location, conducted a thorough inspection of the cargo and its packaging, ensured rapid document preparation, and achieved short transit times. On the New Year’s Eve, JENTY successfully completed one more project involving the transportation of high-value, fragile, oversized equipment using specialized vehicles. One of the key conditions of the project was loading the oversized cargo directly on the factory premises in China, which helped to avoid additional transshipments during transportation. The delivered equipment was provided with sensors that recorded excessive and impact loads. This approach was chosen to ensure the safety and monitoring of cargo condition.

Several types of semi-trailers were used to implement the project, including mega-trailers (disassembled) and specialized flatbed trailers. The transit time was 21 days. It is worth noting that the route was challenging: it started in Zhejiang Province (China) and ended with unloading in Moscow (Russia).
