The JENTY team took up the implementation of the oversized transportation of expensive manufacturing equipment from Germany. The equipment consisted of two elements, each weighing more than 45 tons.
It was required to deliver both cargoes simultaneously and by direct vehicles on the route Germany – Ukraine. Usually, for direct transportation, such a cargo is placed on a multi-axle tiefbet, which is so heavy that it would double the total mass of the truck and the cost of transportation. But JENTY figured out how to reduce the client’s costs by placing the cargo on semi-trailers from its own fleet – as a result, the total weight was 69 tons.
The dimensions of the cargo did not allow planning a route along standard highways; they had to move around some overpasses, accompanied by the police and dismantling the track structures on the way.
The preparations took a little more than a month, due to this the cargo arrived strictly according to plan in 12 days.
